1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Naturals Salon Private Limited.
• “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any person accessing or using this website.
• “Services” refers to salon services, bookings, memberships, vouchers and digital offerings.

2. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information during bookings or registrations.
• You may not use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Online Booking & Services

3.1 Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability at the selected Naturals salon.
• Booking confirmations will be shared via SMS, email or phone call.

3.2 Service Delivery

• Services are delivered by Naturals franchised salons across India.
• Service quality is standardised through training, but may vary based on operational factors.
• Naturals is not responsible for external factors affecting service availability.

4. Membership / Vouchers & Packages

This includes gift vouchers, e-memberships and promotional packages.

4.1 Activation

• Activation occurs only after payment is successfully processed.
• Details will be sent digitally to the registered mobile number/email.

4.2 Validity

• Each membership / voucher has a fixed validity period.
• Unused benefits after expiry cannot be refunded or extended unless stated.

4.3 Usage

• Membership / vouchers can be redeemed across Naturals salons in India unless specified.
• No two schemes, offers, discounts or vouchers can be clubbed together.
• Usage will be deducted as per branch pricing policies.
• A single membership voucher may be used by the primary holder plus up to four family members (1+4).

4.4 Transferability

• Membership voucher and its values are non-transferable.

4.5 Non-Refundability

• Activated memberships / vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
