"You", "User", "Customer" refers to any person accessing or using this website.

"Services" refers to salon services, bookings, vouchers and digital offerings.

2. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information during bookings or registrations.

You may not use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Online Booking & Services

3.1 Appointment Booking

All appointments are subject to availability at the selected Naturals salon.

Booking confirmations will be shared via SMS, email or phone call.

3.2 Service Delivery

Services are delivered by Naturals franchised salons across India.

Service quality is standardised through training, but may vary based on operational factors.

Naturals is not responsible for external factors affecting service availability.

4. Vouchers & Packages

This includes gift vouchers and promotional packages.

4.1 Activation

Activation occurs only after payment is successfully processed.

Details will be sent digitally to the registered mobile number/email.

4.2 Validity

Each voucher has a fixed validity period.

Unused benefits after expiry cannot be refunded or extended unless stated.

4.3 Usage

Vouchers can be redeemed across Naturals salons in India unless specified.

No two schemes, offers, discounts or vouchers can be clubbed together.

Usage will be deducted as per branch pricing policies.

A single voucher may be used by the primary holder plus up to four family members (1+4).

4.4 Transferability

Voucher and its values are non-transferable.

4.5 Non-Refundability

Activated vouchers are strictly non-refundable.

5. Payments

Payments on Naturals.in are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways including BillDesk, Razorpay, and ICICI-based payment gateways.

We do not store your card or banking information.

Completed payments are final unless covered under the refund policy.
